For organisations in the following countries we can bill you in local currency: United States, United Kingdom, Euro zone, Singapore, Hong Kong. For all other countries and territories we invoice in USD. You can pay by bank transfer or credit card. Billing is annual in advance.

Yes we do! For a 3-year commitment we offer a 10% discount.

Billing is still annually, so you pay the annual price minus 10% in three instalments.

We work with many large international school groups, US Districts and UK MAT's & Local authorities. The price is simply $1000 for the first 1500 users, then an additional $0.65 per additional user. For larger organizations we can offer custom pricing.

This tool is designed for Google Workspace Administrators and IT Managers who need to quickly and efficiently assess the security posture of a Google Workspace environment. It allows you to show leadership a full summary of your organization's Workspace security.

  1. Security is our top priority. We use secure sign-in with Google, and the application only requests read-only permissions for your security settings. We never see, store, or have the ability to change your data or user passwords. All report data is stored securely in your own isolated Firebase project. The tool requests read-only access to the Google Cloud Identity Policies API and parts of the Admin SDK Directory API. This allows it to read your security settings, organizational units, and groups. It cannot read user emails, files in Drive, or any other user content.
